Report an Incident

If you or someone you know has experienced sexual misconduct or discrimination based on gender, we encourage you to file a report or contact a designated Title IX Officer for resources and assistance.

If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Report Online

This form: , serves as a means by which anyone may file a report about sexual misconduct. This form is also for complainants who wish to notify the institution of the incident, but do not wish to file a formal complaint at this time. Submissions using this form will be reviewed by the Title IX Officers and someone will reach out to you during business hours.

File a Formal Complaint

Filing a formal complaint will initiate the grievance process related to the reported allegations which includes initiating an investigation or initiating the informal resolution process. A Title IX Officer will guide a student, employee, or third party on how to file a formal complaint.

Report to the Title IX Officer

The District and each college have a Title IX Coordinator who takes reports of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, dating and domestic violence, stalking, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. All reports made will be addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.

How will the college respond to a report of sexual misconduct?

Upon receiving a report of sexual assault, the college will:

  • Assist the reporting party in contacting the Department of Public Safety or local law enforcement if the reporting party requests it
  • Discuss the pros and cons of confidentiality with the reporting party
  • Assess the need to implement protective measures, such as changes in class schedule or a 鈥淣o Contact鈥 directive between the parties
  • Provide a copy of the Discrimination and Harassment Complaint Procedures to the reporting party and inform them of the time frames for inquiry, investigation, and resolution
  • Fairly investigate what happened
  • Halt any sexual harassment or sexual assault and remedy the effects of that misconduct

Note: When a reporting party does not consent to the disclosure of his or her name or other identifiable information to the responding party, the college鈥檚 ability to respond to the complaint may be limited.

 

Off-Campus Incidents - Option to Report to Local Law Enforcement

Students, faculty, and staff have the right to pursue criminal charges whether or not they report to the District.

Both Local Law Enforcement and 榴莲视频成人APP Public Safety will:

  • Help you to obtain medical assistance
  • Help you obtain Emergency Protective Orders, if appropriate
  • Conduct a criminal investigation, if appropriate
  • In the event of an arrest, help you obtain a court order to protect you
  • Connect you with community support services

Report to a Confidential Resource

We encourage survivors of sexual assault, rape, dating/domestic violence, and stalking (collectively sexual misconduct) to talk with someone about what happened, discuss reporting options, and to help connect you with support services. 

College Counseling Services are confidential resources - you can discuss what happened without notifying a Title IX Officer or law enforcement.
